Social and Economic Cohesion
Sosyal ve Ekonomik Uyum: Genç Göçmenlerin İş Piyasasına Dahil Edilmesi projesi, genç göçmenlerin iş gücüne katılımını artırmak amacıyla geliştirilen bir Erasmus+ KA220-YOU işbirliği ortaklığı projesidir. Proje kapsamında Türkiye ve Avrupa’daki mevcut entegrasyon modelleri incelenmekte, saha araştırmaları yürütülmekte ve genç göçmenlerin iş piyasasına erişimini kolaylaştıracak somut politika önerileri geliştirilmektedir.
Proje, yalnızca sorunları tespit etmeyi değil; genç göçmenler, işverenler ve politika yapıcılar için uygulanabilir çözümler üretmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu doğrultuda araştırma ve raporlama çalışmaları yürütülmekte, dijital bir bilgi platformu oluşturulmakta ve elde edilen bulgular yaygınlaştırma faaliyetleriyle daha geniş paydaşlarla paylaşılmaktadır.
